Did you notice what I called him? Do you remember that today was supposed to be the debut of his new name? I hemmed, I hawed, I brainstormed. I observed him more closely than I ever have, and learned I've missed nothing. Finally, around dinnertime yesterday, I asked him what he thought his new name should be. He didn't know. And I said, "Well, tomorrow's the debut of it. You wanted a new name and I can't think of one, so a little input would be great." He replied, again, that he didn't know. After giving it a little thought, he asked (now, I want you to absorb this)...
"Why don't you just leave it?"
Why, yes, I did just get my own routine handed to me on a nice little platter. Chalking this one up to karma.
Enjoy your weekend!

Yeah I think it does fit him and I don't know him in real life just from what you have written and described. Nothing wrong with being a princess, nor a bitch. I 100% have my princess moments and if someone calls me a bitch I'm okay with that. It took me a long time to become who I am the one that will not take any crap from anyone and if that makes a bitch so be I'm proud. My hubby would complain about my princess ways or being a god forbid girly girl when we first got married. But now he realizes that all my princess girly things are what made him fall in love with me.
I had to come back and comment on the perfume, I so understand I feel naked without my perfume. I had gone on trip with about ten girls. Now one of the girls doesn't do well around perfume so with being such a large group we were asked not to wear perfume. In a group of one or two she is okay 10 or plus no. Well we were staying in New Hampshire in July 100 degrees outside 100% humidity. So make up not happening sliding off your face, hair nightmares didn't matter if you curled it flat ironed it a nightmare. I was rooming with one of the girls and we were talking about all girly things and she said which is hardest for you going without I said perfume and it was funny because she wears more makeup then I do so I assumed she would say that. We were one of the first groups to leave and I kid you not as soon as we pulled away i took out my perfume out of my purse and sprayed it on and then we hit a restaurant to put our faces on lol But perfume I don't know I just feel weird without it. Could be my love for it I have more than the normal person, I love getting the different scents and bottles and I've been wearing it since I was 16. Okay enough of my rambling a great post as usual you really have a gift
Thank you again, Tina! And - exactly! When he and I first got together, he bragged to everyone that he finally, at long last had his girly girl, the very kind of woman he had been wanting for so long. haha He's starting to understand the perfume thing, but he still doesn't quite get why my toes are done in the winter. No one will see them, he says. There's no way to explain that that's not the point at all. LOL!
I have to have my toes done more in the winter than the summer. It just makes me smile to see them painted in the middle of winter its the little things
Exactly! Flip flops aren't the only reason for a pedicure. :)
